What we are doing, and how to check it
The Trust holds money and heritage on behalf of a community. This page shows the work it has chosen to publish, and how anyone can ask for more.
Projects and programmes
No projects have been published here yet. The Trust publishes a project once the board has approved the figures behind it.
The public record
Bursaries
Application windows, criteria and the way decisions are made are set out on the bursaries page.
BursariesHow the Trust is governed
The Athlone Institute is run by a board of trustees. Decisions are minuted, resolutions recorded, and the actions that follow them tracked. Financial records, funding agreements and donation receipts are kept in the Trust’s own system, under the Trust’s control.
Asking for records
Anyone may ask for the Trust’s public records — the annual figures, a project description, or confirmation of a bursary process. Write to admin@athlone-institute.org. Financial questions go to finance@athlone-institute.org.
Personal information — bursary applications, donor details, contact records — is not published, and is only seen by the people whose work requires it.
